Hi! I’m Charisma! i’ve been in the beauty industry for six years. I specialize in precision-balanced haircutting, and healthy hair education. I love making people not only look beautiful, but FEEL beautiful. My goal is to create your desired look or even help you step out of your comfort zone and try something new! I hope to see you in my chair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via GlossGenius. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 30% cancellation fee, based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s). This fee will be automatically processed through GlossGenius using the card on file. No-Shows If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to notify me, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Repeat no-shows may result in a ban from future bookings. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and you may still be charged in full or partially, depending on the time remaining. By booking through GlossGenius, you are agreeing to these terms.
