Hi! I’m Charisma! i’ve been in the beauty industry for 7 years. I specialize in precision-balanced haircutting, lived in blonding, voluminous blowouts and healthy hair education. I love making people not only look beautiful, but FEEL beautiful. My goal is to create your desired look or even help you step out of your comfort zone and try something new! CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure my appointment. This deposit will be applied toward my total service cost. I agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that if I cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before my appointment, I will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. I authorize this charge to be applied to the card on file. I understand that failure to show up (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service, and future appointments may require full prepayment. I understand that if I arrive more than 15 minutes late, my appointment may be canceled or modified, and I may still be charged the 50% late cancellation fee. By proceeding with booking, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
